Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart (adjust the quantity when placing your order). After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
WE WILL SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, Europe or anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & JCB. We offer a secure environment for your credit card transaction via the SECpay facility. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Delivery Times
Orders received by 1.00pm are usually shipped the same day. You should receive it within 4 - 10 business days (Postal Service Allowing). International orders are generally received in under 10 days. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE SHIP FROM THE USA BUT CHARGE UK POSTAGE.
Shipping
Shipping in the UK is based on amount spent. The rates are worked out based on First Class Royal Mail postage. However, we despatch the good by Air Mail from the USA.
Rates for Europe and North America are based on Airmail rates.
Returns Policy
At Not Only But All Sew we want to ensure that you are satisfied when you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.
Our "no questions" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will provide a refund for the price paid for the item. We will provide a full refund and any postage costs incurred in returning the goods, if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To make a return please send the goods back with a note explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap the package securely. Then send the package to the address below.
