Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart (adjust the quantity when placing your order). After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB, and Visa Electron Cards. We offer a secure environment for your credit card transaction via the SECpay facility. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping in the UK is based on amount spent. The rates are worked out based on First Class Royal Mail postage even though we now ship direct from the USA.
Rates for Europe and North America are based on Airmail rates.
We will Ship anywhere in the world.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received by 1.00pm are usually shipped the same day. You should receive it within 4-7 business days (Postal Service Allowing). International orders are generally received in under 10 days. We now ship direct from the USA and only charge UK postage rates.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We are not VAT registered. Therefore we cannot deduct VAT for overseas orders.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Our "no questions" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will provide a refund for the price paid for the item. We will provide a full refund and any postage costs incurred in returning the goods, if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To make a return please send the goods back with a note explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap the package securely. Then send the package to the address below.
